Tidy up some recent additions to the Access Requests page.

This includes a few changes to https://about.gitlab.com/handbook/business-ops/it-ops-team/access-requests/#i-need-to-add-an-email-alias-or-name-change:

  • It changes "gsuite" to "G Suite".
  • It removes some superfluous whitespace.
  • It removes some stray punctuation.
  • It adds a description to a URL link and makes the URL root-relative.
