Convert 1 Manage:Analytics Backend and 1 Defend Backend position to 2 GItaly positions

With the high priority goal of accelerating Gitaly development on HA to increase availability (see Product#501 (closed)) a proposal to shift current headcounts.

  • 1 Manage:Analytics BE headcount to Gitaly engineer
  • 1 Defend BE headcount to a Gitaly engineer
  • Moved the hire of J.H. to Manage:Import
  • Earlier starting date than originally planned
