Add 'text search for name' step to offboarding

We have employees names all over guides and the handbook. It really hurts to lose any of those employees that we all interact with, to the point where I would rather not plan for it, but we should still have a step for properly offboarding in this case.

I did think about the pets. On the one hand, it feels really cold to remove pets, could they not just get grandfathered in and stay? But ultimately, I want our pets page to be a true representation of how our current employees chose to share something personal about their life with us. So I think the pets should go when the people go.
