Add a redirect option for webpages via http-equiv refresh method.
How
Add a meta tag conditional statement if the variable redirect_to is present in the page frontmatter.
How-to
Add description on how to do it in the project readme file
Why
We'll certainly need it for solutions pages, as they are changing to features. Also, whenever we change a page location, as occasionally occurs for handbook pages, we'll have a fast and easy way to handle redirects ourselves.
Phil, I tested it and it seems okay to me, but it's better to double check with you ;)
Sean, I realized we'll need this if we intend to move the "Content Marketing" handbook from "product" to "content". Also, it's gonna be available whenever someone else needs it.
