Updating Event List upload page to meet new criteria

Why is this change being made?

As indicated in this issue, criteria for lead statuses is being changed for Follow-up Requested event leads. These leads will now be placed in MQL status instead of Inquiry. This MR updates the List Uploads instructions page to agree with the new criteria.
