Why is this change being made?
The role specified in the team.yml I being parsed by some pages to establish stable counterparts in teams. For example: https://about.gitlab.com/handbook/engineering/development/growth/expansion/#stable-counterparts.
This reflects relatity from the perspective of @eread.
