Update the OpenShift post with more current information

DJ Mountney requested to merge update-openshift-post into master
  • The 1.3 release is no longer in Alpha
  • We can use vagrant init to get the Vagrantfile
  • We no longer need to make changes to the NFS exports
  • We now have a way for user to run the GitLab pod as root in production
