Rename endboss -> maintainer; miniboss -> reviewer

This is just for discussion at the moment.

I'd like to rename these terms so that they are clearer without having played video games 🙂

Miniboss -> reviewer is, I think, fairly uncontroversial. We could also use approver if we wanted, but either is clear.

Endboss -> maintainer is perhaps trickier, but I think it still approximates that relationship. Other rejected options: merger, gatekeeper, committer.
