Fix title about deploy tokens and Container Registry

Why is this change being made?

There is a mistake in the title here: https://about.gitlab.com/releases/2020/04/22/gitlab-12-10-released/#use-deploy-tokens-to-read-and-write-to-the-gitlab-package-and-container-registries.

GitLab Package access through Deploy Tokens is still being worked on: gitlab-org/gitlab#213566 (closed) and is planned for 13.0. The title should read Use Deploy tokens to read and write to the GitLab Container Registry . The explanation section below the title is correct.
