Virtual events handbook updates happening between May 11, 2020 - May 15, 2020, 5 pm PT for Marketing Agility project: Virtual event excellence.

List of changes:

• [Enabling go live] Fix typo oh how to go live self-service virtual events section.
• [Enabling go live] Move self-service virtual event and webcast how to go live step-by-step instructions to the self-service VE and webcast subpages.
• [How to promote] Move self-service virtual event how to promote step-by-step instructions to the self-service VE subpage.
• [Operations] Move self-service virtual events, webcasts, sponsored virtual events calendaring instructions to their respective subpages.
• [Operations] Include link to step by step calendaring process on the handbook on self-service and self-service with promo epic codes.
• [Operations] Update webcast epic code to include link to webcast landing page.
• [Enabling go live]: Link to renamed webcast issue template to how to request MPM webcast section.
• [How to promote] Switch promotion plan for webcast and self-service with promo from table to bullet format.
