Handbook: Add common errors for failing blog deployments
Why is this change being made?
!51735 (closed) uses quite a few special characters in the frontmatter, and I have run into every possible mistake one can make with the frontmatter template.
This MR adds the common errors for failed pipelines to the handbook. The rationale behind this is that you don't need to analyse failed build stracktraces but can do a light-weight analysis of the frontmatter text by yourself.
