GitLab Values - Collaboration: Add don't be afraid to share due to judgement
Why is this change being made?
I've had some people afraid to share in public channels recently and I believe it was because they thought it was a "dumb" question or they were afraid of judgement somehow. This is to add that you shouldn't be afraid to share publicly because it's impossible for us to know everything.
