Handbook: Emphasize on the 3 dashes for the front matter for blog posts
Why is this change being made?
I did not find the front matter error in the pipeline, so I asked in Slack and got the right tip :)
This MR puts more emphasises on the 3 dashes in the first line in written words rather than only the example. This improves the first iteration of the handbook addition I recently made.
