Add tutorial tag to Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines blog post

Michael Friedrich requested to merge patch-198261122213268859464 into master

Why is this change being made?

https://about.gitlab.com/blog/2020/07/09/integrating-azure-devops-scm-and-gitlab/ is a great blog post and howto/tutorial. Therefore this MR adds the according tag :)

@iganbaruch When you create another amazing tutorial, please do use the tutorial tag which recently has been added :)
