Fix release post assemble script

James Ramsay (ex-GitLab) requested to merge fix-release-post-assemble into master

Why is this change being made?

The script was refactored by 5d816783, which moved the location of the logic which moved files. The move logic was relative to the script location, which caused it to break.

This commit makes the paths relative to the Git repository root, which is less fragile.
