Add a tip that embedded Sisense chart rendering is unavailable locally but available via Review App

Why is this change being made?

I stumbled on this (testing/validating embedded chart locally) when trying to embed Sisense charts in handbook pages. The charts don't render locally which I learned after asking for help in #data channel. It may save others time by adding this tip.
