Move Top Misused Terms section to a dedicated page

André Luís requested to merge andr3-misused-terms-page into master

Why is this change being made?

In the context of the project (Improve process for communicating and curating the list of misused terms at GitLab) for the Minorities in Tech Mentoring program, this MR is the first step towards improving this section of the handbook.

Why?

  • By moving to a separate page, it improves discoverability and intentionality when sharing.
  • It allows us to build upon the current list and improve the readability while also allowing for more integrations
    • In future iterations, we'll be working towards making this list based on a YML file, see Steps and Future work to understand the benefits of such a change.

What does this MR accomplishes?

  1. Commit 1 !58539 (768df053):
    • Moves the terms (as-is, no change) to a separate page.
    • Updates existing section in Communication page to link to the new Top misused terms page.
  2. Commit 2 !58539 (c357329f):
    • Rewrites every link from the section to the new page.
