Add DIB values to handbook

David O'Regan requested to merge values-dib into master

Based on the recent DIB training and some conversation around it, it could be valuable to increase the scope of our DIB sub values to include:

  • Micro aggressions and their impact
  • Embracing difficult conversations as a path forward to eliminating bias and promoting inclusion
