Add schema validation for unreleased release post items

Why is this change being made?

With gitlab-org/gitlab#226982 (closed) being implemented, this adds the appropriate configuration for release post items to have additional Schema Validation based on @jramsay's previous addition of the Schema in !55168 (merged)
