Updating career track to reflect tech agnostic Dist+ (like mgmt track)

Why is this change being made?

The career track for development erroneously has Distinguished and Fellow BE/FE roles. Those roles should be agnostic like the mgr roles.

TODOs:

  • Make sure all the links work
  • There are links to job families that need to be made tech agnostic too (they are on the wrong pages)

NEXT Iterations:

  • Add Principal/Sr Staff and Sr Distinguished (which will make it clearer visually that VP and Fellow are peers
  • Remove junior level in favor of the new internship
