Correctly display EE downloads in /installation

Achilleas Pipinellis - OOO until November 25th (parental leave) requested to merge fix-installation-page-ee into master

!6107 (merged) introduced some changes to the /installation page, but it missed to display EE packages by default. This MR fixes that and adds some missing links.
