Remove old Gitaly fix from release post

Removes an already reported Gitaly fix from the 13.3.5 release post.

The Gitaly info ref fix was already included in GitLab v13.3.2 (Gitaly commit d34f2631550f4a9991099e9132cde2842864e16d)
