Updates to partnerships OKRs

Eliran Mesika requested to merge partnership-okr-q3-2017 into master

Introduced two changes:

  1. Added more definition to the OSS OKR that is specific and measurable.
  2. Swapped K8s OKR with AWS QuickStart for Q3 - there's low hanging fruit to capitalize on with AWS and this should be a priority as majority of the market is on AWS and not K8s at the moment. This has potential for more impact on sales numbers and should be a short term focus.
