Adding iterations from the performance factor scale and criteria iterations
Why is this change being made?
Adding iterations from the performance factor scale and criteria iterations. Primary changes:
- Page structure (moving other talent assessment tools to the bottom of the page in the
options archive
section to focus the page on performance/potential matrix and succession planning) - Adding a
Timeline
section with dates so managers have an idea of launch plan - Adding definitions for Developing, Performing, and Exceeding
- Propose that instead of the original proposal of
Job Family Responsibilities (weighing 60%), Values (weighing 20%), Remote working (weighing 20%)
, we iterate toJob Family Responsibilities (weighing 60%), Competencies (weighing 40%)
. The rationale here is that for some areas of the company we have competencies beyond values and remote that should be considered. - Section added for guidance on communicating matrix results
