Mention the arm64 packages in the install page

Achilleas Pipinellis - OOO until November 25th (parental leave) requested to merge arm64-install-page into master

Why is this change being made?

Mention the recently added arm64 packages in the install page. This is an MVC. Ideally we should show this info some other way. More details in gitlab-org/omnibus-gitlab#5674 (closed).
