Added Sponsored Webcast to FM Tactic List

Why is this change being made?

@lblanchard - Added the Sponsored Webcast info to our tactics list. Also, adjusted the Buyer Progression Webcast template from sponsored virtual conference to workshop since that's currently the best fit (we're actually working on a Webcast template that will be utilized for this tactic as well as GitLab-hosted Webcasts, so this will change again in the near future).
