Why is this change being made?

  • Fix a typo in sites/handbook/source/handbook/engineering/releases/index.html.md
  • Fix a typo in sites/handbook/source/handbook/engineering/index.html.md.erb
  • Fix a typo in sites/handbook/source/handbook/support/workflows/working-with-issues.html.md
  • Replace a misused term according to handbook
