Make blog author icons visible

Why is this change being made?

I noticed that the author GitLab and Twitter icons were no longer visible on blog posts except when you hover over them:

I think we missed this with !66626 (merged), as they were set to be white when overlaid on the cover image. I changed them to gray to be consistent with their colour setting elsewhere in our style sheets.
