Draft: Update sick time procedures - all team members

Why is this change being made?

Looking for feedback on the number of sick days that employees take before notifying total rewards and suggesting a change from eight to three. In several jurisdictions, sick leave entitlement begins prior to the eighth day (e.g. a serious health condition under FMLA can be any condition that incapacitates you or a family member for three or more calendar days). This change would help to ensure that sick leave entitlement is accurately tracked.
