Removing current goals from the Scalability page in preparation for contributing to the MTBF and Service Maturity Models.

Our current goals are good, but tracking them against the current model doesn't allow for much nuance. We plan to move to these new models and introduce metrics accordingly. Since we aren't updating the page in its current form, I recommend that we remove these.
