Add links for stage group dashboards in engineering monitoring page. Stage group dashboards are newly introduced recently. They are still in the really early stage . The links are essential for discovery and attract engagements from the development department when they search for the monitoring tools. The links include:

  • Two links to stage group dashboard
  • A link to introductory documents in docs.gitlab.com
  • A link to a youtube video.
