Update stage description language for Package

Why is this change being made?

After reading https://about.gitlab.com/stages-devops-lifecycle/ I noticed that the language for Package is a bit out of date. Artifacts are different from packages https://docs.gitlab.com/ee/ci/pipelines/job_artifacts.html. So this MR clarifies that we offer container and package registries.
