Cross link to hardware expenses table

Achilleas Pipinellis - OOO until November 25th (parental leave) requested to merge ap-spend-money into master

Why is this change being made?

The equipment examples page includes many items you can buy. It's useful to have an idea how much is reimbursable, so link to the hardware expenses table.

I recently purchased a Yubikey and didn't know the maximum reimbursable amount was $50, hence this change 🙂
