Thank key contributors in announcements

Jessica Reeder requested to merge jessicareeder-master-patch-46840 into master

Why is this change being made?

To support inclusion & belonging, we should recognize people consistently. This is one small change that may be part of a bigger conversation around how we recognize individuals for their contributions.

As GitLab grows, it's less likely that team members will understand each other's roles & responsibilities. Recently, there's been a trend of shouting out a team lead and thanking your team for efforts. That's good, but it creates a risk that the individuals who contributed on a project may not feel recognized.

Let's practice inclusion by finding ways to make it easy to recognize individual contributors. Project announcements are one way to do that.

This could lead to additional iterations. For discussion:

  1. Group Conversations: include recognition of ICs within the slide deck
  2. Social media: tag contributors on LinkedIn when announcing something new
  3. etc.
