Update to have all team members in Verify Runner page

Miguel Rincon requested to merge all-members-verify-runner into master

Why is this change being made?

Add @mrincon in the team section page:

Our grouprunner team page only includes folks from backend, this change makes more extensive. We get to add Darren, Miguel & Zeff.
