Focus Pajamas Design Review page on its projects

Why is this change being made?

Currently the Pajamas Design Review page talks generically about design reviews and mentions the gitlab project. This update focuses the page on the review and maintainership of Pajamas projects, to avoid confusion with the general Product Designer workflow MR reviews section.

  • Remove general references to the gitlab project
  • Link to Product Designer workflow MR reviews section
  • Use the MR acronym
  • Update page title and description
