Update CEO voice section 2 for shorter sentences

Why is this change being made?

During a script reading for the Remote event, Sid requested an update to the CEO handbook page about his preference to speak in shorter sentences. This page already contains information about readability scanning, so updating point 2 on the CEO voice section to clarify that shorter sentences are preferred.
