Remove shared license suggestion for dev onboarding docs

Luke Bennett requested to merge remove-shared-ee-license-dev-onboarding-docs into master

With semi-recent license changes, EE licenses will now have to be regenerated more frequently in order to get access to newer EE features in your dev environment.

IMO we should not suggest using the shared license anymore (nor should we use license.gitlab.com).
