Tips handbook: Update shell aliases with oh-my-zsh, git prune alias, dotfiles projects

Michael Friedrich requested to merge handbook-tips-shell-aliases-dotfiles into master

Why is this change being made?

I regularly use a shell alias to delete local git branches where the remote branch was deleted (e.g. after an MR is merged). This alias is not documented in the handbook yet, only in a blog post.

While at it, I have also added Oh-my-zsh instructions for managing aliases, and added a dedicated section for team member's dotfiles projects. First entries are @sytses @brendan
