- Update past due infradev issues target to be more clear
- LCP - only one day went above target in August
- OMRE stayed below target for all of August
- August MR rate decreased
- August handbook MR rate decreased
- More team members took PTO in August
- Update health status for discretionary bonus rate
- Move say/do from Development PI page to https://about.gitlab.com/handbook/engineering/metrics/sec/secure/
