Add marknuzzo to manager_mentorship.yml

Why is this change being made?

There is a new mentorship program for aspiring managers. See details in the handbook. This MR adds Mark (@marknuzzo) to the list of existing EMs that are willing to mentor ICs that are thinking about being a manager.
