Improve anti harassment policy page perspective, goal and process
The following changes will try to improve the anti-harassment policy page in order to be more transparent, descriptive in it's perspective, goal and process.
Section on perspective
- Includes a perspective section which details from which perspective the inclusivity efforts at GitLab are handled (San Francisco)
Improved hierarchy
- Makes some sections sub sections
- Restructure "Retaliation" as a subsection under "Types of Harassment"
Classification of disciplinary action based on infraction
- By making it more clear what a minor infraction to bigger misdemeanor can (possibly) mean in terms of consequences, this "no tollerance" perspective will get more meaning and understanding.
- This will create some basic process for handling situations, which is then documented and readable for everyone (again in order to improve understanding)
Section on speaking up publicly
- Promoting speaking up within the moment. Making it more clear why and the possible upsides of this behaviour. Promoting understanding and possible turn things around for the better after a mess-up.
