Resolve "Fix accuracy of hiring data - age of open positions" for UX Department
Why is this change being made?
Currently, the UX Department Average Age of Open Positions metric https://about.gitlab.com/handbook/engineering/ux/performance-indicators/#ux-average-age-of-open-positions does not include the Technical Writing sub department. We need to update the PI page to point to the updated dashboard.
