Add Furkan Ayhan as a backend maintainer of GitLab
Trainee maintainer issue: #8990 (closed)
Overview
Hi
I've been working as a Senior Backend Engineer at GitLab since 2019/11/04 and today it's my second year anniversary! Since then; I approved ~270 MRs, including backend, database and other types of MRs. And I authored ~245 MRs. I've worked on my backend maintainer trainee for ~14 months and I think I'm ready to become one. My trainee issue has ~80 MRs in it.
