Update Guide (candidate experience tool) page

Why is this change being made?

This used to be Guide by Resource, or something similar. Now it's just called Guide, so mention that and the new domain guide.co to make it searchable.

This came from my confusion in gitlab-com/gl-infra/scalability#1599 (closed).
