Merge branch 'ci-clean-mocked-tags' into 'master'

What does this MR do and why?

Something changed in the way we download artifacts on .com that impacts the CNG pipelines. It started failing since then. The pipeline fix was done for the current version on CI: clean mocked tags from assets, don't pollut... (!1671 - merged).

We now need to backport this to older CNG versions to not block other backports on those stable releases.
