fix: correct error message for both backup and restore procedure

What does this MR do?

I shit in my pants when on a production backup log error I read Restore uploads failed and took a time to understand nothing was restoring but it was just linked to the error logging available.

I clarify that to add this error may also occurs in a backup scenario
