Add option to expire old backups
What does this MR do?
This MR introduces the optional setting to have the backup utility expire/delete old backups after a successful backup.
I wanted to introduce this functionality because managing the backups through lifecycle rules can be problematic if backups start failing and the issue isn't noticed until after the lifecycle time period has elapsed (of course, not that it would ever happen......). This will give the backup job the ability to manage the number of backups, while being aware that a new backup has just completed successfully.
