Remove GitLab Logger from Pages

What does this MR do?

The GitLab Pages service already logs to stdout. GitLab Logger is then an unnecessary service that adds to the size of the image and resources of a running container. Let's remove it. While we are here, the configuration file provides the necessary means to configure the log format, therefore this options is removed from the command line arguments of the Pages service.
