What

With https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-exporter/-/merge_requests/118 a bug is fixed to make sure the correct queries are run for CE instances when reading the pipeline metrics from the database. This MR bumps the patch version to ensure this fix gets shipped with the next release.

EDIT: Also a EE bug was found, and is fixed in another patch version.
